This is a remote position based in Pakistan.

Responsibilities:

Translate product vision, customer feedback, and business strategies into actionable requirements (Epics and User Stories).

Refine and manage the product backlog to prepare for sprints.

Develop and maintain a product roadmap, synthesizing input and prioritizing features effectively.

Represent the "Voice of the Customer" in stakeholder discussions.

Collaborate with stakeholders to transform business challenges into technical solutions.

Define and document detailed product specifications for development teams.

Mitigate roadblocks to ensure timely completion of release and sprint goals.

Lead product release planning and communicate delivery expectations.

Requirements:

Technical degree with 3-4 years of experience in a similar role.

Proven experience with agile methodologies and customer-centric product development.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Experience writing Epics, User Stories, and breaking them into tasks and subtasks.

Demonstrated ability to prioritize features based on business impact and stakeholder input.

Ability to translate complex business needs into precise technical requirements.

Self-driven, highly organized, and collaborative.
