Requirements:

We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team! If you have a passion for solving problems through design and enjoy creating intuitive, engaging digital experiences across web and mobile platforms, we’d love to hear from you.

This is a remote job based in Pakistan.

Key Responsibilities:

Work extensively in Figma to design high-fidelity interfaces, create multiple user states and views, and build interactive prototypes that accurately represent the user experience.
Contribute to and enhance existing design flows by identifying usability improvements and adding value through thoughtful UX decisions
Prepare development-ready design files, including detailed documentation on interactions, transitions, components, and various user states
Ensure all designs follow consistent styles, spacing, responsiveness, and accessibility best practices
Collaborate closely with developers to hand off designs with complete specifications and support during implementation
Participate in design critiques and cross-functional discussions to refine user experience
Conduct basic user testing or gather feedback to iterate and improve designs
Stay updated with UI/UX trends and bring fresh ideas to improve product design and usability

Requirements:

Proficiency in Figma is a must
Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and responsive design
Strong creative and problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Knowledge of other design tools (e.g., Illustrator, Photoshop) is a plus
Leverage AI tools where applicable to enhance design workflows, gather insights, or assist in translating requirements into efficient and user-friendly design solutions.
Strong communication skills and openness to feedback
Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply
