OneStream Live is a Finnish live streaming platform that allows users to effortlessly stream their content across multiple social media platforms, providing an easy and reliable solution for broadcasters and content creators. The platform aims to make live streaming accessible, with a user-friendly interface and seamless integration with social media networks.

As the company continues to expand, we are seeking a Technical Project Manager to oversee and optimize project workflows across various teams. This role will involve managing the technical aspects of projects (devops, back-end dev, front-end dev, tester, etc.) using agile methodologies, ensuring that deadlines are met, resources are allocated efficiently, and all teams are aligned to achieve project goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background, excellent project management skills, and proven experience in coordinating between diverse teams.


This is a remote job based in Pakistan.



Key Responsibilities


  • Plan, organize, and oversee technical projects across departments (devops, back-end dev, front-end dev, tester, etc.) to ensure alignment with company objectives.
  • Develop and manage project timelines, set milestones, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Schedule and lead meetings, record decisions, and track follow-up actions.
  • Ensure smooth cross-team collaboration and effective communication.
  • Manage tools and systems for tracking project performance and progress.
  • Support the execution of critical initiatives such as product launches and strategic partnerships.
  • Perform regular QA checks, improve workflows, and oversee daily operations to ensure timely project delivery.



Requirements


  • At least 5 years of experience as a Technical Project Manager in a technical environment, ideally in the software industry.
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
  • A degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven expertise in managing the complete software development lifecycle (SDLC).
  • Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, Trello, etc.).
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and adaptability to changing priorities.
  • Familiarity with product development, marketing strategies, or partnership management is a plus.
